Information:

• Salary range: $2,500 - $3,500

• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Identify failure modes, effects, and the criticality of the failures & develop solutions.

• Document the changes in processes, products, or design.

• Coordinate the selection, procurement, and testing of samples for evaluation and analysis.

• Conduct tests on sample for quality/dimension/performance & analyse data for recommendation.

• Interpret drawings/spec/documents & ensure meet design/specifications/customer requirements. 

• Identify process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency enhancements. 

• Propose solutions to address challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Participate in develop best practices and methodologies to optimize processes and workflows. 

• Assist improvement projects and development of audit procedures.

• Compile audit work papers and documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy 

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

• Review on product quality/safety standards (e.g. TS-16949, ISO-14001)  

• Manage PPAP documentation and ensure comply with customer requirements and industry standards

• Attend meetings, reviews, discussion and coordinating to achieve department objectives. 

• ITE/Diploma in Engineering. Entry level are welcome to apply.
