Basic Up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus (VB)
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Mon - Sat | 9:00AM – 6:00PM

About the Role:

We’re looking for a BIM Modeller (Plumbing & Sanitary) to bring technical expertise and precision to our construction projects. You’ll be responsible for creating accurate 3D models and 2D drawings, ensuring smooth coordination with various stakeholders, and supporting both design and admin processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Create 3D BIM models and 2D drawings compliant with Singapore standards
Coordinate with project teams and resolve design clashes
Extract quantities and assist with cost planning
Ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements
Handle material submissions and tender/admin documents
Support documentation for work claims
Train and guide junior team members on BIM software
Attend site meetings and assist with office tasks

What We’re Looking For:
Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or Drafting (preferred)
Proficient in Autodesk Revit & BIM software
Familiar with Singapore BIM and construction standards
Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
1+ year of relevant experience
Prior experience in the Singapore construction industry is a plus
