Position : Logistics/ Sales Coordinator (order processing/ LC shipping docs, customer service)
Location : Joo Koon (Bus 252 stop infront of the office or walk 10 mins from Joo Koon MRT station)
Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4200 + 13th-month AWS + performance-based bonus + 14 days Annual leave

Main Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, fax, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information on product availability, delivery dates, and locations.
Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Manage special orders, coordinating with supply chain and warehouse teams for stock availability.
Prepare and maintain shipping documents, negotiate LC terms with banks, and liaise with forwarders/shipping agents.
Process sales meeting materials, track sales records, and participate in meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, accounts, supply chain) to resolve queries, payments, PR/POs, and logistics.
Verify order confirmations and invoices against POs/system records, addressing discrepancies.
Negotiate competitive freight rates with appointed forwarders in line with company policy.
Coordinate inbound shipments, optimizing costs and tracking consignments.
Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements:
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
