Production Supervisor (Plastic injection molding) - #1101159

Client Details:

• 4343, 12-months (shifts: Depends on Business Needs)

• Joo Koon (2 plant sites)

• Basic + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus 

• Manufacturing industry

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily production activities and assign tasks to staff

• Train production personnel and maintain training records

• Monitor quality and efficiency; take corrective actions when needed

• Stop production if products fail to meet specifications

• Improve machine settings and update operation instructions

• Ensure safe work practices and maintain housekeeping

• Support EHS policies and workplace safety

• Counsel and discipline subordinates when required

• Handle other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a plastic injection molding manufacturing firm.

• Open to work 12-hours rotating shift.
