Job Description:

• Support the overall technical operations of vessels including documentation, certifications, maintenance, and compliance records.

• Coordinate and provide administrative support for vessel inspections, docking, repairs, and supervise contractors’ work onboard.

• Liaise with clients on technical/operational matters and ensure timely procurement and delivery of marine supplies.

• Maintain safety equipment records, conduct toolbox meetings, support HSE compliance, and report incidents or near misses.

• Assist in maintaining crew certifications, medicals, training records, and coordinate crew changes when needed.

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in related industry.

• Preferably 1 year experience in similar role.

• Proficient in MS Office

• Valid Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage
