Aviation Spare Parts & Planning Executive - #1101130

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities using Maximo.

• Maintain accurate spare parts inventory and coordinate timely replenishment.

• Liaise with suppliers for procurement and cost-effective sourcing.

• Collaborate with maintenance teams to forecast and plan spare parts needs.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate records and resolve discrepancies.

• Track calibration records and manage work order backlog.

• Optimize spare parts storage and accessibility on-site.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

• Min. 4 years’ experience in maintenance or spare parts coordination (preferably airport or logistics systems).

• Proficient in Maximo, MS Office, and inventory software.

• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of aviation safety protocols is a plus.
