Overview:
A newly opened opportunity for a Senior Executive (Commercial Excellence – Supplier Management). This role focuses on operational and strategic supplier management, event coordination, compliance governance, data tracking, and vendor communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and confident working across teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in Google Sheets is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Townhall Coordination: Manage end-to-end logistics, internal stakeholder alignment, and third-party coordination for events.

• Code of Conduct Compliance: Maintain declaration tracking, develop policy frameworks, and ensure stakeholder follow-up.

• Product Governance: Support contractual compliance, liaise with legal, and monitor product code of practice adherence.

• Incentives & Billing Tracking: Collaborate with buyers to ensure incentive targets and billing accuracy.

• Vendor Scorecard: Automate dashboards using Google Sheets/App Script; support vendor performance tracking.

• Supplier Communications: Manage communication timelines and proper documentation across projects.

• ISO Documentation: Ensure documentation is audit-ready and version-controlled under supplier management scope.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma with 3+ years of experience in large organisations

• Strong Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Index-Match, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with data analysis (SQL/Google Sheets scripting a plus)

• Experience in process improvement and/or project coordination

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Systematic, logical thinker with an eye for detail
