Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of strategic digital initiatives, particularly around distributor-facing Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms, ensuring alignment with modernization goals.
Assess current processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience across digital platforms.
Maintain and prioritize the distribution backlog, aligning initiatives with business urgency and resource availability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and foster strong working relationships.
Manage communication around platform enhancements, system maintenance, and incident resolution across relevant channels.
Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
Mentor and empower team members to enhance their performance and support their professional growth.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally with exposure to digital transformation, business process innovation, or omnichannel environments.
Proven success in managing projects and change initiatives; familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential. Certifications like PMP, Scrum, or Agile are a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence across teams and senior stakeholders.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Adaptable, solutions-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong sense of ownership and a collaborative mindset.
