We’re looking for an experienced and driven Recruiter to join the team on an 11-month contract based in Pasir Panjang. If you're passionate about talent acquisition and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers a great opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offer management.

• Collaborate with line managers and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and build strong pipelines for critical roles.

• Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and best practices.

• Oversee pre-boarding and onboarding to deliver a seamless experience for new hires.

• Conduct recruitment data analysis and provide insights to support workforce planning.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience; in-house and/or public sector experience is a plus.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
