Vehicle Quality Inspector - #1101025

Our client, a well-established industrial and commercial vehicle leasing company located in Woodlands, is looking for a skilled Quality Inspector to join their team. The role involves conducting post-repair vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Enjoy a stable work schedule (5.5 Days / Alt Sat / Office Hours), attractive salary of up to $3,400, overtime pay, and performance bonuses of up to 3 months.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct post-service and repair inspections on vehicles based on the established checklist.

• Report inspection findings and request rework through the Team Leader when necessary.

• Accurately record inspection and test results in accordance with documentation standards.

• Maintain timely and accurate records of all controlled documents and test results.

• Enter inspection data into the quality database for tracking and future reference.

• Assess issues identified during inspection and provide initial recommendations to the Team Leader; escalate to the QA Manager for further action when required.

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and QA Manager to provide feedback aimed at enhancing work procedures.

• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to safety protocols, ISO standards, and legal requirements.

• Stay updated on industry knowledge through training opportunities and technical reading.

• Contribute to quality and organizational goals by completing tasks and projects as assigned.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC qualification

• At least 5 years of experience in automotive vehicle repair

• Preferably skilled in using electronic diagnostic tools

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
