Service Engineer - Navigation x2

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with navigation and propulsion control systems.

Responsibilities:

 ·         Provide top-notch customer support, commissioning, and service for Maritime Navigation products in

South-East Asia

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

·         Perform workshop tests, technical preparations, and ensure high-performance standards

·         Generate service reports, update drawings, and maintain relevant documentation

·         Offer remote guidance and product support to customers and backend support to the service team

·         Assist the sales department with technical issues and handle administrative tasks

·         Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

 ·         Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering

·         Experience with ship navigation systems

·         Relevant working experience in the maritime industry is preferred

·         On-board system process knowledge, experience with Bridge systems
