Your Role as a Therapy Aide
As a Therapy Aide, you’ll support our therapy team in delivering daily rehabilitation and care routines for residents at Metta Home (Woodlands). Your work plays an essential role in helping individuals with special needs improve their mobility, function, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist therapists in carrying out therapy activities and mobility exercises for residents
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised therapy environment
• Monitor and document residents’ participation and progress
• Support residents with basic movement, exercises, and activities under therapist supervision
• Help with centre initiatives, events, and team-based responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For
• Certificate in Therapy Services or relevant qualification
• 1–2 years of experience in therapy, eldercare, or disability support (preferred)
• Passion for serving adults with intellectual disabilities
• Dependable, compassionate, and willing to work weekends or public holidays as rostered
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to keep learning and improving
