Officer (Maintenance) /& Officer (Renovation) - Entry @Jurong East - #1100966

Information:

• Salary range: $3,000 - $3,500 Basic + Transport Allowance ($60 - $100)

• Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm

1. Officer (Maintenance)

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance works on equipment.

• Proper records of maintenance works and assist investigate of damage/accident with reports.

• Liaise with customer and conduct patrol checks on maintenance works.

• Co-ordinate with internal office on matters relating to maintenance works.

• Prepare, monitor and control of works procedure & technical check-sheets for maintenance works

• Study for reduction of breakdown ratio and prepare reports on relating maintenance works

• Prepare quotations for parts/renovation works and issue Job instructions for works

• ITE/Diploma in Engineering field, Entry level are welcome to apply.

• Ability to control a team of technicians, handle technical aspect, and customers

2. Officer (Renovation)

• Provide technical assistance to renovation works by familiarise the equipment.

• Assist to establish works procedures and technical manual.

• Plan works schedule with supervisors and ensure carried out according to schedule.

• Prepare purchase requisition for materials and liaise with customer on renovation schedule

• Liaise with a sub-contractors on work schedule and report to supervisor on any unresolved issues.

• Coordinate with departments/overseas on matters relating to renovation works.

• Record and submit all documents relating to renovation works.

• Check on renovation works & investigate on damage/accident matters and prepare report.

• Ensure work processes are accordance to ISO 9001 and 14001 requirements.

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline, Entry level are welcome to apply.

• Comfortable to travel on site when neccessary
