Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily cash collection from service staffs
Update service collection into CSM & ERP
Print daily service collection report for Service Manager or Senior Technical Supervisor signatory
Submit daily cash & collection report to Finance Department
Update spare part used in daily jobs into CSM
Update job status into CSM
Scan daily job sheet and upload to server
Respond to enquiries via email and phone
Submit quotation to school for any service request
Help spare part team to count stock during annual stock take.
Qualifications:
Possess at least ‘O’ , ‘N’ level & ITE or equivalent relevant work experience.
At least 1 year working experience in related environment.
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Detail-Oriented, Passionate and Energetic team player.
Polite, Patient and Strong Customer Service Skills
Call-centre / Customer service experience will be an added advantage.
High level of fluency in written and spoken English
