Job Description
Assist to triage 9 mailboxes and respond to enquiries.
Provide support to officers for the onboarding of the mailboxes to the new Feedback Management System.
Organizing briefing/training sessions and performing User Acceptance Testing.
Assist in the organization of specific event ceremonies
Respond to email enquiries relating to the events
Carry out administrative and logistics preparation for the events
Assist officers to source for vendors
Prepare individual Certificates for registrants who attended these ceremonies
Update pledge attendance in each registrant’s record after event
Prepare documents for the procurement of events management and design services.
Proofreading of articles, write-ups and simple design of publications and eDMs
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree preferably in mass communication or business management
Experience in handling feedback enquiries, events and communications projects, content creation/development
Proficient in IT and MS Office applications e.g. Excel, Word
