Operations Manager (Food & Beverages Outlet) / F&B MNC - #1100861

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the F&B industry. They are looking for a Food Outlet Operations Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible. 

Responsibilities:

• Hands on operations experience

• Monitor team performance and competencies

• Extensive experience in preparing weekly sales analysis reports

• Prepare presentations and documents for sales reports as required.

• Liaising with Central Kitchen 

• Kiosk outlet operations

• Formulate and implement strategies/plans to achieve results that align with business objectives.

• Spearhead the creation and execution of the strategies/plans to ensure profitability.

• Monitor team performance and competencies

• Identify key issues by analyzing the sales data and reports to improve outlet performances.

• Prepare presentations and documents for sales reports as required.

• Collaborate with team to review operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Conduct outlet site visits as needed

• To finish all the task as assigned and complete all other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant operations experience preferably from F&B industry

• Experience liaising with CK, Central Kitchen and preparing and presenting sales reports will be great advantages
