Responsibilities:

• Manage service team and coordinate training

• Provide engineering and technical support to Sales Team

• Coordinate with Factory for technical matters

• Attend site meetings and factory meetings

• Responsible for a high quality, cost-efficient and on time service operation (internal and external)

• Ensure that team is working within right process; keep the processes up to date; improve process efficiency and execution of all related processes

• Perform any other duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree qualification

• 5 years of related experience

• Microsoft Office

• Leadership ability

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
