Procurement specialist - West MNC - #1100789

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Engineering industry. They are looking for a 
Procurement Specialist to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible. 

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing & Spend Analysis – Conduct spend and market analysis to support sourcing strategies, annual plans, and cost-saving initiatives.

• Procurement Process Management – Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities, including tenders, purchase orders, and vendor pre-qualification, ensuring compliance with policies and SOPs.

• Policy & Compliance Alignment – Support the implementation of group procurement strategies and ensure alignment with divisional SOPs and GPPA standards.

• Supplier & Contract Management – Manage supplier classification, relationships, and contracts while monitoring key suppliers and mitigating risks.

• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, manage spend, and drive sourcing efficiency and value.

• Market Intelligence & Best Practices – Stay current on industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices to inform sourcing decisions and improve procurement effectiveness.

• Inventory & Cost Optimization – Analyze inventory and demand trends to support planning and drive total cost of ownership reductions through supply programs and efficiency improvements.

• All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain or other relevant field of studies

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experiences
