Our Company, in the Automotive Industry located in Central has opening for Service Consultant.

• Basic $2800 - $3000 + Incentives

• Monday to Friday (8.30am – 6pm), Alternate Sat (8.30am – 12.30pm)

• AWS Bonus

Detail responsibilities:

• Assist customer to file accident report & advise on appropriate claim option available eg: TP or OD.

• Provide clear estimation for insurance claims

• Follow up on claim authorisation standard.

• Liaise with insurance company for motor claims.

• Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status.

• Follow up with part executive on parts availability.

• Close and invoice job once repair is done.

Requirements:

• Minimum NTC2 in MVM/Automotive Technology

• Good knowledge of car components, estimation system, Autoline.

• Knowledge in Motor Claim Framework.
