Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that production workers consistently adhere to GMP and hygiene practices.

• Prepare and taste sensory samples of finished goods.

• Assist with raw material batching and pre-weighing verification checks, and promptly report any non-compliances to the Superior/Manager.

• Assist in sending daily QC reports to management, ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.

• Ensure operators and the operation flow comply with food safety standards and SOP.

• Conduct in-house swabbing tests on equipment, hands, and packaging.

• Conduct in-house air environmental tests.

• Coordinate with third-party labs to arrange air, water, equipment swabs, hand swabs, and packaging swabs.

• Monitor and report pest activities to maintain good hygiene in the warehouse and production areas.

• Manage pest control.

• Draw raw material samples.

• Handle second and third-party audits.

• Ensure all relevant documents are in place before the start of production.

• Assist in line production checks on CCPs, OPRPs, and in-line product checks such as FOC, and promptly report any non-compliances to the Superior/Manager.

• Assist with in-line production checks, ensuring the correct use of raw materials, packaging, stencilling information, and the execution of changeovers/flush outs.

• Support the collection of finished goods samples and ensure the correct samples are collected by the production team.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Superior/Manager.

Job Requirement:

 Min Diploma

• Experience in food background acknowledge and Food Safety Standards in added advantage
