Support in tender exercise through planning of construction
Prepare for tender.
Prepare technical write-up, method statement and document for tender submission.
To assist and support superior or management to generate prelim cost.
To study and analyze project risk / challenges and develop strategy.
Conducts site inspection and internal audit to ensure target work quality is achieved and as per Building Codes.
To estimate resource requirements

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction management or equivalent.
Relevant experience in Civil /Building projects
Microsoft Project for submissions to client during tender & project execution phase.
