Our client is a well-established Japanese manufacturer specialising in lighting products for a variety of industries. They are currently seeking a Technical Service Engineer to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to clients, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical consultation. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the global technical team, particularly through close collaboration with the headquarters in Japan.

【 Responsibilities 】
- Provide on-site technical care for clients, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Strive to get up-to-date technical skills and knowledge to keep pace with industry advancements.
- Communicate effectively with clients and the Japan headquarters to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Work closely withthe technical team in Japan to provide high-end services to clients
- Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned by management

【 Requirement & Preferences 】

(Must)
- At least 2 years of experience of working experience as an electrical engineer or mechanical engineer.
- Able to work independently and willing to ask for support.
- Patient, flexible, and work with hospitality.
- Willing to go to the client site in case of emergencies.
- Familiar with troubleshooting and maintenance of large machines.

(Advantageous)
- Working in the Semiconductor Industry, printed circuit board, and packaging substrate industry is a great advantage.
