Project & Site Coordinator

Location: Ubi
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3300 (Have OT)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall project planning, scheduling, and execution.

• Manage site operations, including internal teams, sub-contractors, and vendors.

• Coordinate with building owners, consultants, main contractors, designers, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to site via supplier coordination.

• Conduct pre-installation inspections and assess site conditions for installation suitability.

• Prepare and submit site installation drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals; provide training to building management.

• Perform equipment/system testing and commissioning, including fire alarm testing and RI.

• Assist with product testing, material preparation, shop drawings, and production specifications.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 Driving License

• Hands-on technical and mechanical skills

• Initiative
