Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and driven International Sales Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to lead and expand our pet products business in global markets. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the pet industry, with a strong network or proven track record in international B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute international sales strategies to grow our pet product exports.
Identify and build relationships with B2B customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers across assigned regions.
Drive market entry initiatives in new countries and manage existing key accounts.
Attend international trade shows, industry exhibitions, and conduct overseas business trips to engage partners and close deals.
Collaborate with internal divisions to align supply and demand and meet customer needs.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
At least 3–5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the pet industry (e.g. pet food, accessories, ornamental fish, aquatics).
Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B sales dynamics in the pet sector.
Able and willing to travel internationally for customer meetings and exhibitions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
