Job Responsibilities:
Conduct regular internal QA audits of the Central Kitchen, Restaurant outlets & Vehicles
Conduct external supplier audits and night audit
Perform in-house microbiological testing
Manage the microbiological testing and sampling schedule on various product type as well as environmental testing
Conduct investigations and perform troubleshooting to resolve quality issues
Provide technical advice and support to the other departments
Manage external inspections and liaise with regulatory agencies
Pest control management
Develop and improve process controls to ensure high standards of food safety and quality
Initiate key changes in food preparation Standard Operating Procedures
Introduce new technologies to enhance the current Food Safety Management System
Assist in the development of department’s plans
Manage and conduct food tech related trainings
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma with 2-3 years of Quality Assurance experience
No experiences with Food Science related, Chemistry or Microbiology from reputable University are welcome to apply
Possess knowledge and certification on HACCP, ISO 22 000 or FSSC 22 000 system is an added advantage

Strong analytical mind
Proficient in Mandarin in order to handle queries from Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the product shelf life, labels and other matters related to food technology.
