Catering Sales Executive ($3000) - #1100606

Job scope:

• Respond to email enquiries pertaining to corporate & wedding events and advise clients on feasibility

• Prepare customized proposals and planning of the event flow with the clients

• Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels

• Liaise with internal stakeholders for the execution of the event accordingly to the timeline

• Work closely with the Chefs to come up with creative ideas and bespoke food menus

• Conduct site inspections when necessary prior to the commencement of the event

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• At least 1 to 3 years of sales experience in any of the related field – Catering Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Wedding

• Comfortable to work after office hour to ensure the events run smoothly ( if requested)

• ONLY Singaporean
