Responsibilities:
· Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes for the group of company
· Assist in material ordering as per instruction
· Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
· Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
· Manage schedules and deadlines
· Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
· Manage organization’s certifications (Apply/Renew)
· In-charge of basic IT support to the staff
· ISO experience
· Work closely with HR Department
· Planning of company annual event
· Road Tax & vehicle Insurance Renewal
· Handling of Government Grant application such as EDG, PSG, Career Support Programme, Worklife Grant etc.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Min 1 year procurement and vendor management experience in construction industry
· Comfortable for a 5.5 days work arrangement during probation, 5.25 days after confirmation (3 months)
· Excellent communication skills
· Team player
