BIM Engineer - #1100548

Our Client:

• Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Company

• 5 Days (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

• Pioneer MRT

• Basic Salary: $3,500 – $4,500

• Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update electrical BIM models through all project stages

• Coordinate with MEP teams and consultants to resolve design and technical conflicts

• Produce detailed technical drawings and COBie outputs with Revit and Navisworks

• Manage BIM project setup, libraries, data extraction, and documentation

• Attend coordination meetings and support BIM deliverables and drafting tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, M&E Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical BIM engineering or a comparable role

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks

• Experienced in clash detection and COBie generation

• Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary MEP design workflows
