Catering Sales Support Assistant
Responsibilities:
Attend and respond to sales enquiries through phone and emails
Provide professional service and advice to customers pertaining to products and pricing matters
Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Process sales orders and schedules deliveries prior to deadline
Key sales orders and print collaterals for upcoming events
Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and shipping information
Liaise and coordinate with production and logistic departments and ensure timely delivery for all orders
Provide administrative support to catering manager and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Stock check and control of events operating materials and equipment in office
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in F&B Management or related qualification
At least 1 year of working experience in F&B/corporate sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be self-driven and sales oriented
Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
Ability to multi-task
