Responsibilities:
- Coordinate on PO issuance.
- Submission of vendors’ invoices & supporting documents to account payables
- Monitor stock availability.
- Liaison with internal stakeholders for delivery arrangement
- Support sales workflow related request.
- Prepare delivery & return related forms.
- Coordinate project equipment list for delivery purpose, serial number update & warranty letter request.
- Perform Order Entry if required.
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- At least GCE 'O' level
- Minimum 1-year administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Pleasant personality and keen to learn.
- Team player with good communication skills
