RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage metal injection molding NPI and meet project deliverables of schedule, quality, and yield.
- Interact with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors/customers to drive product quality and process improvement.
- Participate in new project engineering review, customer service, and supplier management on technical issues.
- Perform R&D to improve the company's technical capability and knowledge base.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Material Science/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment for project management and yield improvement.
- Knowledge in DOE, FMEA and SPC is preferred.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D design software, and materials properties and characterization skills.
