Work days: Monday – Friday (5-day work week)

About the Role We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Training Specialist (Survey Operations) to enhance the competencies of individual employees through structured training programs and coaching sessions. You will play a key role in designing and delivering both soft and hard skills training to boost performance and ensure alignment with the client’s core values. This role is ideal for someone who is a strong communicator, organized, and highly motivated with a love for learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Managers & Team Leaders to determine training needs.

• Design effective training programs with relevant training aids & materials to meet the needs of the stakeholders

• Conceptualise existing/new training curriculum to meet the needs of the stakeholders

• Schedule & Complete training sessions & assessments for new and existing staff.

• Conduct both soft & hard skills training curriculum for new and existing staff.

• Conduct cross-function training for other business units.

• Collate & Analyze post-training evaluations, implementing change if required.

• Ensure all administrative training documents are promptly updated

• Maintain all training resources and database

• Review existing training curriculum to improve training effectiveness

Requirements

• Passion for continuous learning, coaching, and people development

• Strong professionalism, flexibility, and efficiency in a dynamic environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities

• Creativity and adaptability in applying various training methodologies

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
