We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Site Production Sourcing & Process Coordinator to join our team. This role is key in supporting batch production planning operations, focusing on order management, SAP process orders, material consumption booking, and master data upkeep.

The ideal candidate should bring forth strong SAP experience and batch production planning know-how from a relevant manufacturing environment (e.g., food, pharma, specialty chemicals, consumer goods). Experience in logistics or EHS is a bonus but this is NOT the core requirement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES 

• Production & Process Planning (Core Focus)

• Create and manage SAP process orders in alignment with the defined production plan

• Ensure accuracy in material consumption booking within SAP

• Collaborate with the Planning Manager to develop and maintain the production master plan (Gantt chart view)

• Provide day-to-day support to the demand planning function, especially during absences

• Master Data Management

• Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs), recipes, production versions, loss factors, and costing details in SAP

• Support Regional Master Planner in creation/extension of raw material article codes

• Maintain packaging material master data using SAP and Chemweb

• Consumables & Material Sourcing

• Manage procurement and inventory of PPE and production consumables

• Conduct periodic checks on emergency and first aid equipment inventory

Logistics & EHS Support (Ad-hoc Only)

• Provide interim coverage for Logistics and Warehousing Manager during absences

• Support warehouse scheduling and internal stock transfers if needed

• Assist in EHS responsibilities (e.g., fire warden, first aider) only when appointed

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 4 to 5 years' experience in batch production planning or supply chain coordination

• Strong proficiency in SAP

• Experience working with master data, BOMs, recipes, and process orders

• Familiar with GMP, ISO standards (9001/14001), or similar production environments

• Clear communicator, cross-functional team player, and highly organized

• We do not require candidates from chemical or agricultural backgrounds but it is a bonus if have

• However, candidates must have batch production planning experience

• Oil & Gas (upstream) or continuous production backgrounds are not suitable
