• Weighing and portioning pastry ingredients (e.g. flour, sugar, chocolate, etc.)

• Cutting and preparing fruits, nuts, and other basic pastry components

• Lining trays and setting up baking moulds

• Packing finished pastries or desserts into boxes or containers

• Labelling products and arranging for delivery or storage

• Washing and cleaning tools, trays, and workstations

• Keeping the pastry kitchen clean and tidy

• Following safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Listening to instructions from chefs and completing assigned tasks
