Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain customer relationships for China–Singapore cross-border logistics business, and drive the execution of international transportation projects.
· Communicate with clients from both China and Singapore, providing professional logistics solutions including import, export, and transhipment services.
· Manage the full customer lifecycle: quotation, order placement, shipment tracking, and after-sales support.
· Analyze customer needs and assist in optimizing supply chain processes to improve satisfaction.
· Coordinate with internal teams across operations, customs clearance, and warehousing to ensure timely and high-quality cross-border delivery.
· Participate in key client negotiations and contract signings, and formulate customer cooperation strategies.
· Monitor industry trends and regularly produce market and customer analysis reports.
· Assist in any other duties as required.
