Account Development Executive - #1100326

Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
• Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities
• Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
• Update customer information in the database 
• Note: Relevant training will be provided

Contractual Period:

• 1 year contract renewable (conversion to perm depends on performance)

Location:

• Changi Business Park / Ubi

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9am — 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $3500 (Depends on experience and qualification)
• Commission

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level equivalent
• Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector prferred
• Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage
• Proficient in English to liaise with English-speaking clients 
• Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
• Confident communicator with good verbal skills
• Sufficiently resilient to handle rejection and objections from customers
• Persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets
• Sales-driven and possess a can-do attitude
