Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, covering recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations
Maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, and ensure HR policies are up to date
Organize and manage staff training and development programs
Administer payroll, employee benefits, and other HR functions
Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior management, offering insights to support business expansion
Manage the application and renewal of company certifications (e.g., BCA, ISO, GGBS)
Supervise day-to-day office administration, including procurement, facility operations, and IT support
Facilitate efficient internal communication and ensure smooth flow of information across departments
Design and implement administrative processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR and administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance standards
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to engage employees across all levels
Hands-on experience with HR and payroll systems (HRIS), and administrative tools
Understanding of financial processes and facility management
