2. Marketing & Brand Management
Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote precision engineering products and services.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms while tailoring content for industry-specific audiences.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to guide strategic marketing decisions.
3. Customer & Account Management
Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, technical questions, and complaints promptly.
Oversee the management of key accounts and ensure repeat business through quality support and value delivery.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and coach the sales and marketing team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
Foster a collaborative environment with other subsidiaries or departments, to align customer expectations with operational capabilities.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
5. Budget Management & Reporting
Plan and manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
Track and report on sales performance and marketing ROI.
Contribute to the company’s sales budget, forecasting and strategic planning process.
6. Trade Shows & Promotional Activities
Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
Organize and oversee promotional events, product launches, and technical demonstrations.
Network with industry professionals to enhance the company's profile and generate leads.
7. Compliance & Risk Oversight
Ensure all sales and marketing practices comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Identify risks related to contracts, customer agreements, and marketing claims and escalate appropriately.
8. Project & Campaign Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and new product introductions with measurable outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts for successful project delivery related to sales growth and market penetration.
9. Process Improvement
Evaluate and refine sales and marketing workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Recommend and implement tools (CRM, marketing automation, etc.) to enhance productivity and data insights.
10. Additional Duties
Carry out other related tasks as required by senior management to support business development and operational success.
