Responsibilities
Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and expand market share within the segment.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations.
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience, with 2 years of team leading experience
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a sales and marketing team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to market changes.
Willingness to travel as required.
