Sales and Marketing Manager (West/ Food Products) (ID: 678507) - #1100231

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and expand market share within the segment.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

• Identify new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.

• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations.

• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Requirements 

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience, with 2 years of team leading experience 

• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a sales and marketing team.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to market changes.

• Willingness to travel as required.
