We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to be part of our growing team at Sunlink Engineering. Specializing in metal fabrication and engineering solutions, we serve a diverse range of industrial clients across various sectors.

In this role, you will act as the key liaison between our customers and internal departments. Your main responsibility is to ensure a smooth sales process—from handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations to coordinating order deliveries and providing after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate customer sales orders from quotation to delivery, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with company procedures.

  • Liaise with internal departments — including sales, production, logistics, and engineering — to ensure clear communication and timely order fulfilment.

  • Liaise with production and project teams to monitor stock levels, production schedules, and delivery timelines.

  • Assist in preparing accurate quotations and job sheets, especially for custom fabrication jobs, process sales orders from quotation to delivery, ensuring accuracy in order details and customer requirements.

  • Maintain and update customer records, pricing databases, and inventory levels using ERP or internal systems.

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, including delivery updates, technical clarifications, and post-sales support.

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as generating reports, preparing meeting materials, and tracking sales performance.

  • Collaborate with the quality team to ensure sales and delivery processes comply with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001), including documentation, traceability, and quality procedures.

  • Help ensure internal documentation and processes related to sales orders, customer complaints, and corrective actions meet audit and compliance requirements.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales coordination processes, aiming to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field).

  • 3–5 years of experience in a sales coordination role, preferably within a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
