Requirements:

• Process BCA certificate of Certified Quality Mark / CONQUAS Supervisor / Certified CONQUAS / QM Manager

• Well verse in BCA CONQUAS requirements and standards

• Minimum 5 Years as QAQC supervisor in Construction Industry

• Candidates with high CONQUAS score for past projects are preferred

• Able to carry out site inspection and checking of in process and completed workers in accordance with BCA criteria

Responsibilities:

• Able to plan, manage and execute CONQUAS assessment plan in accordance with BCA criteria

• Able to lead a tem of QAQC personnel in ensuring high quality of works

• Able to work together with project team to ensure the QAQC objectives are met

• Prepare and implement project specific inspection and testing plan;

• Conduct briefing in line with the quality standards and good practices;

• Carry out in-process checks with the quality standards and good practices;

• Monitor and update schedule and status of CONQUAS / QUALITY assessment;

• Attend / chair QA/QC meetings and site walk round;

• Liaise with the relevant authorities on the submission status.

• Liaise and Coordinate closely with Site Project Managers and representatives
