Financial Analyst | Up to $5000 | 3 Months to Perm | Changi - #1100115

Duration: 3 months (Convertible to Perm)

Working Location: Upper Changi

Responsibilities:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting activities.

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, purchase order creation, invoice processing, accruals, and vendor coordination.

• Assist with client billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable tracking, and ensure timely cash flow.

• Coordinate with stakeholders on financial matters including capital expenditure, depreciation, cost allocations, and project finance tracking.

• Maintain financial records in accordance with company policy, and support audit, compliance, and documentation requirements.

• Contribute to financial planning, performance analytics, reporting for operations reviews, and quarterly business updates.

• Provide training or guidance to new team members and handle ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in facility management or a corporate finance setting.

• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.

• Proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
