Are you a compassionate and experienced nursing professional with a heart for eldercare and strong leadership acumen? We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at our Yio Chu Kang centre and lead the delivery of excellent clinical care in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

Nursing Leadership & Clinical Excellence
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursing centre, ensuring care excellence for residents.

  • Coordinate care with allied health, rehab, and external partners.

  • Drive high clinical standards and compliance with MOH Enhanced Nursing Home Standards (ENHS).

  • Lead MOH inspections and uphold licensing requirements.

Team & Operational Management
  • Mentor and supervise nursing and care staff to ensure safe, person-centred care.

  • Implement structured manpower planning, training, and performance reviews.

  • Maintain operational efficiency and resource management (e.g. food cost, consumables, inventory).

Centre Performance & Resident Care
  • Support centre occupancy targets, resident onboarding, and service retention.

  • Uphold the “5 Zeros” clinical quality indicators:
    Zero Falls | Zero Medication Errors | Zero Pressure Injuries | Zero Restraints | Zero Infections

Customer Service & Inter-Departmental Collaboration
  • Engage residents and families meaningfully.

  • Work closely with operations, facilities, and HQ teams to ensure smooth centre functions.

  • Resolve feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • State Registered Nurse with valid SNB license (Degree / Adv. Dip / Diploma in Nursing).

  • Valid BCLS Certification.

  • Minimum 10 years of post-registration nursing experience, including at least 2 years as SSN in-charge.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical thinking skills.

  • Experience with budgeting, clinical audits, and MOH compliance a strong advantage.
