Logistics Exec/Assistant (@ Kovan)

• Up till $2500 basic + variable bonus

• ⁠5 Days work week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage inventory of HQ stocks

• Receive and count stock items ensuring accuracy of inventory data in system

• Review logistics of inventory to ensure adequate supply availability and monitor expiring medication/items

• Manage overall monthly projections and ad hoc transfer processes

• Control the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking and analysing inventory maintenance

• Maintenance of HQ inventory warehouse to ensure sufficient storage

Requirements:

• O level and above

• 1 year experience in stock management

• Knowledge in MS office
