Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the pre-admission process, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed accurately and promptly.

• Conduct orientation sessions for new residents, providing them with essential information about the facility, its policies, and available services.

• Conduct pre-admission counselling sessions, helping prospective residents and their families understand the fees, services provided, and the living conditions within the facility.

• Address and handle residents’ complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and effective way.

• Provide support to residents and their families throughout the admission process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the facility.

• Collaborate with the healthcare and administrative teams to ensure that residents’ needs are met and that services are delivered efficiently.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.

• Empathetic, patient, and able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
