Maintenance Engineer - #1100013

About the role

As a Maintenance Engineer at Coalesce Management Consulting Pte. Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities in the West Region. This full-time position will involve overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our equipment and infrastructure, with a focus on preventative measures to minimise disruptions and maximise productivity.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and execute predictive and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Troubleshoot equipment failures, investigate deviations and safety issues, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure readiness for maintenance and repairs.

• Drive change management activities, including impact assessments, equipment modifications, and vendor coordination.

• Support equipment testing, commissioning, and qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) as required.

• Promote energy-efficient practices and participate in HAZOP/risk assessments for maintenance activities.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards through audit participation and accurate maintenance documentation.

• Develop SOPs and train staff on equipment handling and maintenance procedures.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical or relevant fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance engineering role, preferably in the Pharmaceutical/LifeSciences industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and data analysis tools

• Up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the Maintenance field

• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure high standards of work
