About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our growing team at Goldlion Enterprise (S) Pte Ltd. In this full-time role based in the North Region, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records and reporting. With a focus on financial accounting and reporting, this role is critical to supporting the strategic objectives of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring they are accurate and comply with relevant accounting standards and regulations

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations

• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses to support decision-making

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide financial information and advice

• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

• Ensure the company's accounting systems and internal controls are maintained effectively

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar financial accounting role, preferably within the Accounting industry

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and practices

• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
