Responsibilities
Design, plan, and deliver employee engagement initiatives including townhalls, leadership dialogues, internal campaigns, and company-wide events.
Lead efforts to promote mental wellness and overall employee well-being, including planning workshops, wellness days, awareness campaigns, and partnering with vendors or internal committees.
Manage the execution and follow-up of the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS), including timelines, communication, data analysis, and action planning with stakeholders.
Collaborate with leaders and internal teams to foster a culture of inclusion, connection, and positive workplace morale.
Monitor engagement and wellness-related feedback and metrics to recommend and implement improvements.
Coordinate logistics and communications for all engagement and wellness initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
5 years of experience in employee engagement or event management.
Strong track record of organizing employee events and wellness activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
