Logistics Customer Service/Up to $3100/Jurong - #1099886

A Logistics company in the west is looking for a Logistics Customer Services Officer

• Work location: Jurong near MRT

• Basic salary up to $3100 with benefits

• 5 days (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:

• In Charge of Import/Export Documentation & Processes

• Shipping documentation (Import / documentation/ Bill of Lading)

• Provide customer support for shipments and advise various country customary rules and regulations; provide after-sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed.

• Handling customer enquires or complaints

• Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis

• Liaise and maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies.

• Maintain container inventory control and container maintenance & repair

• Other Administrative and ad-hoc duties if required

 Requirements:

• With working experience or more in logistics industry required

• General knowledge on logistics and freight forwarding businesses

• Certificate in logistics or related working experience in Logistics industry

• Able to start work in short notice
