Claims Associate (AMK-A) - #1099882

Job Responsibilities:

1) Verify correctness and completeness of assessments and supporting documents submitted by applicants;
2) Verify applicant’s eligibility criteria according to the policies for various grants/schemes;
3) Verify that details on assessments and applications are captured accurately in the system against the submitted documents;
4) Liaise with assessors and applicants on any queries pertaining to the assessments/ applications submitted via phone call or email;
5) Record and reply enquires from applicants and notify applicants with incomplete and ineligible application outcome.

Period:

• 1 - 2 years outsourced contract (renewable)

Location:

• AMK

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm 

Salary:

• $2,200 - $2,900+ PB 

Job Requirements:

1) At least A level
2) 1 to 2 years of working experiences (preferably) in processing claims, disbursement and refund
3) Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
4) Must uphold strong code of work ethnics and confidentiality of information
5) Detailed and meticulous
6) Diligent and committed to meet deadlines
7) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel
